Tasks
- Report to the Head of Sales EMEA
- Manage and expand current business in the DACH region
- Develop new opportunities to drive revenue and profitability
- Build and maintain global electrical industry relationships
- Identify growth opportunities by understanding client needs
- Develop strategies to deliver customer value
- Create plans to achieve company sales goals
- Foster a culture of success and goal achievement
- Manage customer expectations to ensure high satisfaction
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
- Compile data on customer and prospect interactions
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activity
- Collaborate with marketing on partner and channel programs
- Manage key relationships and close strategic opportunities
- Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners
