Requirements
- Degree in Psychology, HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Executive Search, ideally in international, matrix-driven environment
- Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment for senior, specialist, or executive positions
- Strong expertise in active sourcing, direct search, and stakeholder management
- Ability to act as strategic recruitment advisor, influencing hiring decisions, challenging requirements, and aligning recruitment with business priorities
- Experience handling searches beyond German market and working within international recruitment structures highly desirable
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, collaborative and proactive mindset
- Analytical and data-driven approach with experience in recruitment KPIs and ATS management
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
Tasks
- Lead strategic recruitment initiatives
- Manage annual hiring plan
- Develop targeted talent acquisition strategies
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes
- Focus on active sourcing and executive search
- Support international talent acquisition
- Advise business leaders and HRBPs
- Provide market intelligence and recruitment insights
- Handle searches beyond German scope
- Support international recruitment activities
- Manage recruitment operations
- Excel in ATS usage
- Track KPIs and report analytics
- Monitor recruitment budget
- Strengthen employer branding
- Engage in networking activities
- Participate in job fairs and university partnerships
- Organize external recruiting events
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensure excellent candidate experience
- Contribute to continuous improvement
- Promote recruitment best practices
