- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)

- Report to People Solutions Director
- Lead and develop People Solutions team
- Foster customer-centric, high-performance culture
- Oversee employee lifecycle administration
- Manage payroll and occupational health
- Handle social relations and compliance
- Ensure accurate payroll execution
- Partner with HRBPs, CoEs, managers
- Support employee representatives
- Drive People Solutions transformation
- Enhance process-driven HR model
- Lead process harmonization
- Initiate automation and improvement
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners
- Improve HR processes and service
- Maintain relationships with works councils
- Support collective bargaining
- Develop occupational health roadmap

- 7 - 10 years
Education
- Bachelor's degree
