  • Expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and sourcing tools
  • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Organizational and time management skills for handling multiple roles
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing priorities
  • Knowledge of German language on native or near native level

Tasks

  • Manage full recruitment cycle
  • Seek top applicants globally
  • Qualify candidates with Business Developers
  • Pre-screen candidates for shortlists
  • Conduct interviews via phone, in-person, or Teams
  • Negotiate contractual conditions
  • Maintain candidate database and administration
  • Explore new applicant attraction methods
  • Maintain open application pipeline
  • Participate in marketing events and conferences
  • Support other projects as needed
