- Understanding of ATS, preferably Personio
- End-to-end ownership ability
- Sales world knowledge and hiring track record
- In-house TA experience for fast-paced scale-up
- Preference for Berlin-based candidate
- Preference for German speaking or multi-lingual
- Freelance arrangement or German-based contract
Tasks
- Manage the full hiring cycle
- Maintain an organized ATS
- Monitor market trends and headhunt top talent
- Collaborate with leadership and Sales to enhance hiring processes
- Close candidates from the initial stages
- Engage candidates through direct communication
- Embrace and promote company culture
- Identify and understand ideal candidate profiles
