- Understand and source candidates for required roles
- Build and manage talent networks
- Create talent pipelines for future and existing hiring needs
- Research and evaluate new talent sourcing tools
- Plan and implement innovative recruiting activities
- Organize in-house events, university workshops, and job fairs
- Collaborate with HR Team and hiring managers
- Support strategic initiatives like employer branding
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies
Work Experience
- approx. 1 - 4 years
Education
- High school diploma
Languages
- English – Business Fluent
- German – is a plus
