Requirements

- •Fluency in English and German
- •Strong PC literacy

- •Outstanding customer service skills

Work Experience

Tasks
- •Welcome visitors warmly and guide them through guest registration
- •Keep visitors updated about their host and meeting details
- •Ensure all visitors are registered and issued passes according to security standards
- •Track visitors, including vendors and guests, using Resource Scheduler
- •Alert hosts of their visitor's arrival and ensure timely collection
- •Maintain a strong customer focus in all activities
- •Process and manage conference room bookings in Resource Scheduler
- •Conduct daily checks of meeting rooms for cleanliness and operational readiness
- •Assist with conference room setups, including furniture adjustments
- •Order and deliver catering to meeting rooms as needed
- •Support audio-visual equipment in meeting rooms and resolve issues
- •Answer phone calls professionally according to global standards
- •Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the reception desk and waiting area
- •Manage incoming and outgoing courier packages and mail
- •Complete printing and binding requests
- •Collaborate with FM, Technology, and building services teams for optimal service
- •Procure and distribute pantry supplies and stationery
