- •Oversee all QC Microbiology processes
- •Ensure accurate testing of products, materials, and environments
- •Drive continuous improvement of microbiological methods and workflows
- •Manage the lifecycle of analytical test methods and documentation
- •Provide microbiological expertise to value streams and cross-functional partners
- •Support product license applications with technical knowledge
- •Represent the area during inspections and audits as a Subject Matter Expert
- •Track KPIs and use data-driven decision-making to improve performance
- •Apply HSE standards consistently within the laboratory
