Requirements
- CTA qualification and 1-3 years industry experience
- Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in chemistry, biology, or other science disciplines with practical experience in GMP related field
- Previous experience with Raman
- Written and oral skills in German and English
Tasks
- Ensure timely completion of work to support batch release
- Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements
- Maintain cleanliness and contamination control per cGMPs
- Execute activities in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Follow good documentation practices (GDP) and regulatory guidelines
- Execute activities according to data integrity standards and ALCOA+ principles
- Perform data review to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Identify and escalate atypical results and potential deviations
- Participate in root cause analysis for laboratory investigations
- Implement corrective and preventive actions as required
- Communicate opportunities for continuous improvement
- Participate in cross-functional teams as needed
- Maintain training competencies and execute work where qualified
- Participate in training and mentorship as requested
- Support ongoing inspection readiness through compliant activities
- Participate in pre-inspection reviews and provide audit support
- Sample incoming goods according to the sampling plan
- Handle samples to prevent contamination
- Label and document sample collection per local procedures
- Transport samples to the designated area in a timely manner
- Communicate with Warehouse and QA to ensure proper sample collection
- Perform testing on incoming goods per laboratory procedures and GMP requirements
- Conduct routine checks and cleaning on equipment
- Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate maintenance
- Support method transfer, verification, and validation as required
