Requirements

  • CTA qualification
  • 1-3 years of industry experience in related science
  • Hands-on experience in Chemical testing and method validation/transfer per ICH guideline
  • Experience with HPLC and UV-Vis
  • Experience with Empower, LIMS and LES
  • Fluency in German
  • Written and oral skills in English

Tasks

  • Ensure timely completion of work to support batch release
  • Adhere to Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) requirements
  • Maintain cleanliness and contamination control in the lab
  • Execute activities in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Record data according to data integrity standards
  • Perform assigned data reviews for accuracy and compliance
  • Identify and escalate atypical results and potential deviations
  • Participate in root cause analysis for laboratory investigations
  • Communicate opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Participate in cross-functional teams as required
  • Maintain training competencies and execute work where qualified
  • Support audit and inspection readiness activities
  • Perform routine chemical analyses using established methods
  • Conduct routine checks and cleaning of laboratory equipment
  • Report equipment malfunctions and assist with troubleshooting
  • Execute method transfer, verification, and validation
  • Maintain the laboratory according to internal procedures
