Requirements
- Engineering or Construction degree or equivalent
- Proven QA/QC Engineer experience on large-scale construction projects
- Strong understanding of CSA and MEP construction methods
- Experience developing and implementing QA/QC procedures
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, technically complex environment
- Ability to work as part of cross-functional teams
- Excellent communicator, conveying complex information well
- Ability to create and maintain good working relationships
- Highly organised in task and deadline management
- Good attention to detail

Tasks
- Develop and maintain QA/QC procedures
- Ensure ISO standards compliance
- Promote quality and safety culture
- Support quality audits
- Inspect construction activities
- Conduct CSA inspections
- Verify mechanical and electrical installations
- Ensure compliance with ITPs
- Maintain quality documentation
- Ensure material traceability
- Manage quality dossiers and records
- Review subcontractor submissions
- Provide technical quality support
- Raise and manage NCRs
- Track corrective actions
- Identify and prevent root causes
- Verify material specifications
- Coordinate material testing
- Ensure compliance with standards
- Coordinate with third-party labs
- Review commissioning documentation
- Ensure quality in MEP systems
- Witness inspections and testing
- Liaise with stakeholders
- Support corrective actions
- Participate in coordination meetings
- Maintain quality KPIs
- Report quality performance
- Support project handover
- Ensure accurate turnover packages
