- Enhance operational transparency
- Identify improvement opportunities through analytics
- Conduct business reviews and create action plans
- Participate in sales-impacting projects
- Prepare and assess project plans
- Optimize territory management for effective coverage
- Ensure proper resource allocation
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Portfolio Management
