  • Provide application-specific technical advice and product recommendations
  • Manage sample processes and document in CRM
  • Create new opportunities requiring deep technical support
  • Transition commercialized projects to Account Managers
  • Analyze market potential and document findings in CRM
  • Represent the company at trade shows, webinars, and exhibitions
  • Build relationships with research institutions and consortia
  • Ensure activities align with safety, quality, and environmental standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records
