As a Project Manager in Talent Acquisition, you will take ownership of recruiting projects, lead client meetings, design tailored processes, and manage candidate funnels. Your role involves coordinating interviews, supporting negotiations, and monitoring key metrics to ensure a smooth hiring journey.

Requirements

• •Hands-on recruiting experience (full-cycle, sourcing, stakeholder management) ideally in tech or SaaS
• •Fluency in English and German (near-native)
• •Project management mindset
• •Ultra organized and efficient in managing multiple roles
• •Excellent communication and relationship skills
• •Comfortable working in a small team in a hybrid setup
• •Self-driven and resourceful
• •Ability to adapt to different industries and learn fast
• •Experience in scaling startups
• •Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
• •Exposure to executive search, interim recruiting, or consulting

Tasks

• •Lead kick-off meetings with clients to understand their needs
• •Design tailored recruitment processes with timelines and assessment criteria
• •Build and manage a candidate funnel through sourcing and outreach
• •Utilize multiple sourcing channels including job boards and social media
• •Conduct initial candidate screenings and assess fit
• •Coordinate interview rounds and manage scheduling
• •Support offer negotiations and onboarding handover
• •Serve as the main point of contact for clients and candidates
• •Monitor key metrics and iterate the recruitment process
• •Collaborate with the internal team to share learnings and strategies
• •Recommend process optimizations and flag risks proactively
