Requirements
- •Experience in talent sourcing from in-house or agency model
- •Experience building dashboards and conducting analyses
- •Curiosity and interest in research
- •Comfort in a start-up environment with a diverse team
- •Desire to be part of a diverse and international start-up
- •Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
- •Tools affinity and maintaining ATS data accuracy
- •Fluency in English, both verbal and written
- •Willingness to relocate to Berlin

- •Leverage market research and competitive intelligence for recruitment strategies
- •Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- •Support employer branding initiatives through online engagement
- •Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve sourcing tools and processes
