As a Talent Acquisition Analyst, you will engage with hiring managers to identify needs and develop sourcing strategies. This role involves building talent pipelines, assessing candidates, and enhancing employer branding to attract top talent.

Requirements

• •Experience in talent sourcing from in-house or agency model
• •Experience building dashboards and conducting analyses
• •Curiosity and interest in research
• •Comfort in a start-up environment with a diverse team
• •Desire to be part of a diverse and international start-up
• •Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data
• •Tools affinity and maintaining ATS data accuracy
• •Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• •Willingness to relocate to Berlin

Tasks

• •Partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• •Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract talent
• •Utilize various channels for talent sourcing, including LinkedIn and social media
• •Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles
• •Conduct initial outreach to assess candidate fit and interest
• •Leverage market research and competitive intelligence for recruitment strategies
• •Maintain accurate candidate information in the applicant tracking system
• •Support employer branding initiatives through online engagement
• •Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve sourcing tools and processes
