Tasks

  • •Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from ideation to product release
  • •Improve product transition from Development to Production
  • •Ensure alignment among R&D, Product Management, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, and Customer Success
  • •Coordinate agile and traditional development teams, including external suppliers
  • •Foster a results-driven, collaborative team approach to NPI
  • •Implement and control risk, change, and configuration management
  • •Communicate effectively to optimize transition speed and stakeholder management
