Requirements
- •Master’s degree in law or business administration
- •3 to 5 years of professional experience as a Contract Manager
- •Proven knowledge of EPCI contracts
- •Experience in executing multiple industry-related projects
- •Significant involvement in drafting and negotiating subcontractor agreements
- •Extensive experience in managing and mitigating project risks
- •Proficiency in German and English (C1 level or higher)
- •Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- •Strong planning and organizational abilities
- •Decision-making skills, teamwork, and communication skills
- •Conflict management and negotiation skills
- •Adaptability and stress tolerance

Tasks
- •Manage the contracts lifecycle during project execution and warranty phases
- •Review and draft amendments and contractual documents
- •Renew contracts as needed
- •Provide guidance on contractual clauses and requirements
- •Support the change management process
- •Draft and review change orders, claims, and back charges
- •Defend against incoming claims from customers and subcontractors
- •Safeguard contractual obligations by tracking notifications
- •Monitor milestones in cooperation with the project team
- •Promote awareness of contract provisions
- •Prepare initial contract reviews and organize induction meetings
- •Issue reports and assessments on contracts
- •Liaise with corporate functions on disputes and specific matters
- •Monitor and draft contractual correspondence with customers and partners
- •Verify that all required insurances and guarantees are in place
- •Assist in negotiating contracts with subcontractors and vendors
- •Implement back-to-back subcontracts
- •Contribute to project close-out activities with clients and partners
- •Ensure all required certificates are issued and received
- •Provide solutions and resolve issues
- •Support the project team in achieving milestones
- •Engage in strategic contract negotiation and risk mitigation
- •Handle complex claims and dispute resolution
- •Collaborate cross-functionally and globally
