Requirements

  • •Experience in contract administration or management within energy, infrastructure, engineering, or offshore sectors
  • •Solid understanding of commercial and legal aspects of contract negotiation and administration
  • •Ability to manage negotiation of multiple contracts under competing timelines
  • •Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • •Postgraduate experience in the industry with expertise in Offshore Wind, Onshore Wind, or similar field
  • •Strong capacity to manage performance with focus on delivering results
  • •Flexibility to travel regularly to attend meetings and work at various project sites

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Participate in contract development and fulfillment
  • •Manage the tendering process for works and services
  • •Lead tender negotiations to align with project goals
  • •Support Site and Technical Teams in contract execution
  • •Conduct thorough contract reviews and provide guidance
  • •Manage commercial execution of contracts
  • •Report on contract status and deliverables
  • •Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
  • •Offer proactive advice to minimize risks
  • •Lead negotiations on claims and contract variations
  • •Develop strategies to mitigate claims and costs
  • •Prepare commercial communications and variation agreements
  • •Provide insights on commercial risks for new projects
  • •Collect lessons learned regarding contracts and practices
  • •Ensure adherence to best practices in contract management
  • •Collaborate with internal stakeholders to protect project interests
