Requirements
- •Degree in Law, Engineering, Economics/Finance, or Business with experience in contract management or legal departments
- •Experience or understanding of contract management activities, including claims and governance
- •Knowledge of contractual documents, including terms and conditions
- •Familiarity with negotiation practices and risk management
- •Proficiency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
- •Strong communication skills with the ability to write reports and present effectively
- •Operational effectiveness, accountability, and a proactive mindset
- •Ability to work collaboratively in diverse teams and bring forward creative solutions

- •Drive Contract Management activities with allocated resources
- •Propose and justify the size of the Contract Management team
- •Ensure application of contracts and governance
- •Prepare and maintain the Contract Summary
- •Develop and implement the Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan
- •Monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to contractual milestones
- •Manage correspondence and insurance policies
- •Oversee project-specific commercial procedures
- •Provide creative advice on risks, issues, and claims activities
- •Train key project stakeholders on contract/claim management practices
- •Prepare files and support external counsel for litigations or dispute resolution
