Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience as Inclusion Officer in Germany
  • Experience with disability inclusion and accessibility in corporate setting
  • Understanding of local legislation and third-party organizations related to disability
  • Program management, project management, or workforce development experience
  • Degree in Human Resources/Organizational Psychology, Disability management Master or relevant experience
  • Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, evolving workplace
  • Stakeholder management skills, ability to lead complex workloads and multiple demands
  • Resourceful self-starter with empathy and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with collaboration suite or project management software is advantageous
  • Severe disability status (Schwerbehinderung) is welcomed

Tasks

  • Shape and deliver disability and neurodiversity inclusion initiatives
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to create an equitable workplace
  • Develop a cohesive disability inclusion strategy aligned with business goals
  • Create country-specific plans to increase disability representation
  • Lead governance and management of Inclusion Agreements in Germany and Austria
  • Ensure alignment with statutory requirements and Works Council partnerships
  • Drive attraction and hiring of talent with disabilities through strategic pipelines
  • Enhance and streamline inclusion across access needs
  • Empower Hiring Managers with standard methodologies for hiring and supporting talent with disabilities
  • Evaluate and improve processes impacting people's experience
  • Collaborate with external partners to gain insights and share knowledge
  • Position Salesforce as an employer of choice for disability inclusion and neurodiversity
  • Serve as a resource and advocate for disabled employees
  • Address concerns and facilitate open communication
  • Use metrics and storytelling to report program progress and success
  • Understand and incorporate the latest laws and regulations
  • Maintain disability-related compliance in the region
  • Design and implement processes for disability self-identification and registration
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with local regulations
  • Collaborate with Payroll and HR technology teams to improve system solutions
  • Share best practices and contribute to global projects
