  • Experience driving transformation from within major global brands
  • Experience driving Customer Experience (CX) or digital transformation projects
  • Understanding internal dynamics of a global retailer

Tasks

  • Partner with Co-Account Executive to define and execute multi-year strategy
  • Balance short-term delivery with long-term strategic roadmap
  • Advise C-level decision-makers on AI-powered solutions
  • Evangelize Customer 360 and Agentforce through strategic selling
  • Lead virtual team of Specialist AEs, Solution Engineers, and others
  • Align teams to ensure unified Salesforce vision and seamless experience
  • Translate industry trends into business cases and ROI analyses
  • Conduct strategic workshops to empower global business objectives
