Requirements

• •15+ years of progressive experience in professional services
• •Extensive experience with SaaS platforms, especially ServiceNow
• •Ability to articulate a compelling Platform Story
• •Expertise in enabling customers to adopt AI and automation solutions
• •Experience in supporting customers through business transformations
• •Strong financial acumen in program budgeting and forecasting
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• •Project Management certification and Agile/Scrum/SAFe experience
• •Ability to travel as required
