Requirements
- 6+ years digital space experience (4+ senior level affiliate network/agency)
- Direct experience with large clients
- Track record in account management services (digital marketing)
- Proven senior relationship building (internal/external)
- Strong leadership experience (team 20+, international/hybrid)
- Passion for client servicing at scale and win-win solutions
- Experience utilizing AI for customer outcomes at scale
- Commercial orientation and strategic awareness
- Excellent understanding of affiliate commercial model monetisation
- Strong analytical experience and data-led decision making
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and initiative-taking
- Confidence and ability to work in fast-paced dynamic environment
Tasks
- Drive growth and development of self-service customers
- Ensure long-term customer retention and growth
- Lead the department by example, modeling Awin values
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Interpret performance trends and develop strategies
- Implement a client partnership model
- Identify and address high-growth opportunities and risks
- Set and align department OKRs with business strategies
- Present strategies and results to internal stakeholders
- Maximize revenue potential from client base
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for team support
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring
- Manage team development and performance
- Foster a market-leading work environment
