  • •Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem in Germany
  • •PhD preferred
  • •Experience presenting at scientific conferences
  • •Experience in sales or detailing roles
  • •Demonstrated agility in managing a brand
  • •Robust track record in Marketing
  • •Ability to combine strategic thinking with decisive action
  • •Insightful grasp of consumer behaviour and market trends
  • •Excellent communication skills
  • •German fluent (native)
  • •English fluent or business proficient

Education

Bachelor's degree
OR
Doctoral / PhD

Work Experience

approx. 4 - 6 years

Tasks

  • •Create a local HCP strategy and vision across multiple OTC categories
  • •Lead and motivate the Professional Marketing team
  • •Collaborate with Global Professional Marketing to adapt global HCP toolkits
  • •Build and maintain relationships with KOLs and Professional Societies
  • •Represent Reckitt at scientific meetings and conferences
  • •Work with Sales and Trade Marketing for tactical execution
  • •Ensure training needs of detailing teams are met
  • •Maintain compliance with local regulatory requirements
