Product Support Specialist – R&D Product Support(m/w/x)
3rd-level technical support for medical workflow digitization, including CAPA investigations. Engineering degree and IT network/cybersecurity understanding required. 30 vacation days, Christmas Eve off.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Solid understanding of IT networks, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical skills, creativity, and enthusiasm for technology
- Comfortable with hands-on situations requiring hand tools
- Proactive, structured, and reliable work style
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in communicating engineering topics to non-engineering environments
- Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks
- High attention to detail
- Strong communicator
- Ability to collaborate across functions and cultures
- Team-oriented
- Comfortable working independently
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Experience in medtech company is a plus
- Experience with IEC 60601-x or MDR is a plus
Tasks
- Act as primary interface for support-relevant topics
- Provide expert 3rd-level technical support
- Gather product support requirements from stakeholders
- Contribute to design input discussions
- Investigate complaints and CAPAs
- Coordinate in-depth inspections and special repairs
- Identify trends and recurring issues
- Drive corrective and preventive actions
- Transfer product knowledge to global Support Organization
- Evaluate and channel field feedback
- Initiate product changes based on insights
- Maintain deep expertise in product portfolio
