- Professional level Adobe AEM Assets knowledge
- Basic level Adobe Workfront knowledge
- CMS & Agency Production Process knowledge (plus)
- Advanced business requirements engineering skills
- Advanced Agile working methodologies knowledge (Scrum/Kanban)
- Advanced IT products and capabilities understanding
- Basic project management (PMP) and process management (Lean Six Sigma) understanding
- Basic Jira and Confluence understanding
- Comfortable with enterprise-level platforms and technologies
- Analytical mindset, innovative thinking, and collaboration
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Solution oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
- Basic leadership skills (plus)
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years Brand/Digital environment experience
- 2+ years Product Owner or digital product management experience
- Experience working with stakeholders and experts
- Experience creating internal business cases
Tasks
- Define and manage a robust product backlog
- Lead the team in defining new functionalities and best practices
- Ensure the success of the digital product for users and the company
- Specify the product vision and roadmap
- Create user stories that add value for users and the company
- Deliver the product in line with the roadmap and committed dates
- Complete user requests and business tickets using Adobe tools
- Validate new business functionality and feasibility
- Solve dependencies with other product owners
- Coordinate interfaces between different product teams
- Optimize business processes with key stakeholders
- Represent the business for the digital product
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Create and execute on-demand training material
- Drive tool adoption and user satisfaction
- Assess ongoing business demand
- Translate demand into detailed requirements
- Prioritize items in the product backlog
- Specify the definition-of-done with the product team
- Refine the product backlog for value-driven enhancements
- Accept delivered backlog items according to the definition-of-done
- Monitor and enhance product configuration and features
- Use objective data and feedback for product optimization
- Highlight and mitigate product delivery risks
- Promote the product across the user community
- Identify and manage process improvements for efficiency
