- 8+ years of Digital Analytics experience
- Extensive digital marketing experience in brand environment
- Experience in digital sales environment
- Team leadership experience is a plus
- Passion for data-based recommendations
- Very good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics
- Very good presentation and story-telling skills
- People management skills are a big plus
- Extensive experience with analytics tools and disciplines
- Extensive visualization techniques experience
- Very good project management skills, ability to lead projects
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluent English verbally and written

Tasks
- Lead continuous development of analytics practice
- Manage demand for insights and analytics services
- Oversee data collection, tracking, mining, and analysis
- Support teams to increase reach, engagement, and advocacy
- Inform Global Digital strategy with insights
- Lead analytics services for stakeholders
- Drive assigned projects in analytics areas
- Advise stakeholders on digital analytics
- Select appropriate KPIs and monitor performance
- Derive trends and opportunities from data
- Provide actionable recommendations and calls for action
- Develop and maintain stakeholder network
- Implement data-driven decision processes
- Co-define and implement new reporting structures
- Refine existing reporting structures
- Develop best practice guidance for markets
- Build strong internal and external networks
- Inform community on latest trends and technologies
- Create supportive work environment
- Coach and train employees
- Provide career development opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate team workload
- Assess organizational efficiency with data
- Make changes to meet business needs
- Set clear direction and targets for team
