Requirements
- •4-6 years in Product Operations, Program Coordination, or Technical Support
- •Comfort with Jira, Confluence, Miro, API debugging tools (Charles/Proxyman), SQL, and log tools
- •Ability to identify root causes and recognize patterns
- •Skilled at engaging cross-functional stakeholders
- •Effective collaboration with Engineering, Product, and regional teams
- •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requests reliably

Tasks
- •Manage daily bug triage in the Home domain
- •Assess severity and route issues
- •Report on key operational metrics like TTFR and SLA adherence
- •Identify trends in recurring defects and propose improvements
- •Manage operational requests intake and enforce SLA expectations
- •Create and maintain SOPs, documentation, templates, and FAQs
- •Coordinate localization workflows with markets, vendors, and engineering teams
- •Support mobile release management by maintaining calendars and tracking progress
- •Flag risks in release management
- •Report recurring issues to Product and Engineering teams
- •Support upstream improvements
- •Clarify missing details in dependency management
- •Flag timing or ownership conflicts in planning
