- •Drive Voice-of-Customer and discovery structures
- •Deliver KPI-based business insights for webshop use
- •Plan and support user interviews and tests
- •Manage end-to-end hypothesis and A/B testing
- •Coordinate test design with cross-functional teams
- •Act as central eCommerce counterpart for UX
- •Ensure UX concepts are ready for implementation
- •Manage internal and external UX partners
- •Oversee quality and consistency of UX standards
