Product Manager - Copilot Studio & AI Agents(m/w/x)
Defining product vision and governance for conversational AI capabilities and agents in biopharma R&D. Hands-on Copilot Studio and M365 ecosystem experience, with AI governance understanding, required. Work in a global biopharma setting.
Requirements
- 7+ years in Product Management, Platform Management, or Digital Enablement
- 3+ years with conversational AI, copilots, or intelligent automation
- Hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and M365 ecosystem
- Strong understanding of AI risk, governance, and compliance in enterprise settings
- Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Experience with Responsible AI frameworks
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI concepts and enterprise AI architectures
- Experience enabling citizen developers or fusion teams
- Microsoft certifications related to Power Platform or AI (a plus)
Tasks
- Define and own Copilot Studio and AI Agents product vision and roadmap.
- Identify high-value AI use cases.
- Align AI agent strategy with enterprise priorities.
- Serve as product owner for conversational AI capabilities.
- Define governance for Copilot Studio and agents.
- Define guardrails for Copilot Studio and agents.
- Define the operating model for Copilot Studio and agents.
- Establish data access and grounding policies.
- Implement security, privacy, and compliance controls.
- Manage the lifecycle of AI agents.
- Partner with Security, Legal, Privacy, Risk, and Architecture teams.
- Ensure AI solutions align with Responsible AI principles.
- Manage intake of Copilot and agent use cases.
- Prioritize Copilot and agent use cases.
- Assess feasibility, risk, and value of AI scenarios.
- Determine delivery approaches (citizen dev, fusion teams, central build).
- Drive adoption of Copilot Studio.
- Develop enablement programs and playbooks.
- Establish best practices for prompt design.
- Establish best practices for agent orchestration.
- Build a community of practice for AI builders.
- Collaborate with Communications and Change teams.
- Promote safe and impactful usage of AI solutions.
- Define success metrics for AI agents.
- Measure productivity gains from AI agents.
- Track task deflection and automation.
- Monitor user satisfaction and adoption.
- Track value delivered by AI solutions.
- Continuously optimize AI solutions.
