Requirements

  • Expertise in Microsoft 365 architecture, configuration, and lifecycle management
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform environment strategy, Dataverse policies, and managed environments
  • Experience with Purview, DLP, and M365 security and compliance tooling
  • Familiarity with operations tools (Jira, ServiceNow, test tenant practices)
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable cloud solutions
  • Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience collaborating with product, operations, and governance functions
  • Analytical, structured approach to platform optimization and readiness

Tasks

  • Architect M365 services and digital productivity tools.
  • Maintain M365 roadmap, standards, and evolution.
  • Evaluate new features and releases via Evergreen processes.
  • Ensure stable adoption of new features.
  • Define solution patterns.
  • Define integration standards.
  • Define technical guardrails.
  • Ensure M365 services meet governance and security policies.
  • Partner with governance, legal, privacy, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
  • Oversee and guide M365 change control.
  • Serve as technical counterpart to Digital COE product teams.
  • Serve as technical counterpart to Power Platform teams.
  • Serve as technical counterpart to ITOA operations.
  • Provide architectural oversight to M365 delivery teams.
  • Serve as technical contact for M365 updates and changes.
  • Coordinate M365 activities across teams.
  • Support Evergreen deployment.
  • Support test tenant operations.
  • Support M365 monitoring.
  • Support early adopter cycles.
  • Partner with operations for incident escalations and troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to M365 license considerations.
  • Optimize M365 usage across the environment.
