Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of five years in analytical product line management or closely related discipline
- Deep knowledge of ERP systems
- Good quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills
- Energetic, articulate, and commercially savvy
- Self-motivated and eager to learn
- Willingness to travel as needed
Tasks
- Define and manage product roadmaps for Cleanroom Textile and future business lines
- Oversee various product groups and set long-term strategies aligned with business goals
- Act as a second-line contact for sales teams regarding product groups
- Define and maintain service specifications for product groups
- Create strong value propositions and ensure timely distribution of product information
- Provide expert second-line support to sales teams
- Deliver product and service training to commercial teams
- Manage product introductions and phase-outs within portfolios
- Coordinate suitable alternatives for discontinued items
- Drive innovation by leveraging market research and competitive insights
- Gather and analyze Voice of Customer feedback to support growth
- Monitor profitability and initiate cost/value improvement actions
- Coordinate promotional needs with the Marketing team
