  • •Degree in software engineering, computer science, systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • •Several years of experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, or product ownership
  • •Solid knowledge of requirements management and traceability principles
  • •Broad understanding of software, firmware, hardware, and user interfaces interaction
  • •Experience in regulated industries
  • •Strong communication skills and ability to present clear perspectives
  • •Analytical, structured, and pragmatic mindset
  • •Comfortable in agile, interdisciplinary teams
  • •Fluency in German (both written and spoken) and very good command of English
