- •Oversee various product groups and set long-term strategies aligned with business goals
- •Act as a second-line contact for sales teams regarding product groups
- •Define and maintain service specifications for product groups
- •Create strong value propositions and ensure timely distribution of product information
- •Provide expert second-line support to sales teams
- •Deliver product and service training to commercial teams
- •Manage product introductions and phase-outs within portfolios
- •Coordinate suitable alternatives for discontinued items
- •Drive innovation by leveraging market research and competitive insights
- •Gather and analyze Voice of Customer feedback to support growth
- •Monitor profitability and initiate cost/value improvement actions
- •Coordinate promotional needs with the Marketing team
