Requirements
- 3+ years in product design or equivalent, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex workflows
- Strong portfolio showing end-to-end thinking, iteration, and ability to simplify complexity
- Solid foundations in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and accessibility basics
- Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto layout, prototyping) and design systems
- Experience designing data-heavy UIs or permissioned workflows
- Clear written and verbal communication, collaboration, and pragmatism
- Experience in fintech, private markets, regulated industries, or document-heavy systems is a plus
Tasks
- Design high-quality product experiences
- Own end-to-end UX/UI for initiatives
- Clarify problems and success criteria with Product
- Conduct discovery interviews and workflows
- Create clear flows and high-fidelity UI in Figma
- Develop prototypes for alignment and testing
- Run usability tests and iterate based on data
- Apply and improve the design system
- Identify gaps in design components and patterns
- Provide specs and rationale to engineers
- Communicate trade-offs to stakeholders
- Participate in critiques and reviews
- Seek feedback regularly
