Tasks
- Understand and document user workflows
- Translate insights into functional interfaces
- Drive the full design process
- Conduct user research with customers and analysts
- Translate research findings into product requirements
- Map and document security workflows
- Surface friction points in workflows
- Participate in weekly design critiques
- Give and receive constructive feedback
- Contribute to the internal design system
- Document design components
- Flag inconsistencies in design
- Maintain design standards
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers
