- Design training formats for B2B and Enterprise customers
- Help customers maximize product value through workshops and self-paced learning
- Scale the Help Center and customer-facing digital assets
- Improve customer confidence through self-service empowerment content
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align priorities
- Ensure enablement strategies support successful cross-functional outcomes
- Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify product gaps
- Advocate for customer and internal team needs to reduce friction
