  • Manage internal product guides and continuous enablement programs

  • Design training formats for B2B and Enterprise customers
  • Help customers maximize product value through workshops and self-paced learning
  • Scale the Help Center and customer-facing digital assets
  • Improve customer confidence through self-service empowerment content
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Marketing to align priorities
  • Ensure enablement strategies support successful cross-functional outcomes
  • Analyze customer feedback and usage data to identify product gaps
  • Advocate for customer and internal team needs to reduce friction
