Tasks
- Design and deliver AI adoption programs
- Coach teams through change
- Manage AI projects end-to-end
- Build lasting AI capability across the organization
- Own and evolve AI enablement roadmap
- Define AI adoption priorities
- Design learning experiences for different teams
- Conduct workshops, deep dives, and hackathons
- Create train-the-trainer formats
- Act as AI coach and sparring partner
- Build and maintain AI knowledge hub
- Develop prompt libraries, playbooks, and how-to guides
- Partner with department leads to identify AI opportunities
- Define and manage AI rollout timelines
- Set clear milestones and deliverables
- Prototype AI-powered workflow automations
- Embed AI tools into existing systems
- Define responsible AI usage guidelines
- Collaborate with IT, Security, and Legal for compliance
- Launch internal AI Ambassador network
- Partner with Internal Comms to build AI community
- Track AI adoption and business impact
- Report regularly to leadership with insights
