Tasks
- •Standardize and ensure quality in ERP value flows
- •Specify requirements for accounting processes in ERP systems
- •Design solutions for Siemens-wide accounting processes
- •Integrate logistics value flows with accounting processes
- •Develop a uniform financial solution using SAP S/4HANA
- •Define future standards for end-to-end process mapping
- •Drive process harmonization and governance across business units
- •Design scalable controlling and revenue recognition architectures
- •Strengthen Lead-to-Cash processes through holistic cross-functional understanding
- •Utilize Predictive Accounting and Margin Analysis tools
- •Implement Event-based Revenue Recognition and Analysis for Office reports
- •Lead global rollouts of controlling and revenue recognition
- •Manage Cutover, Data Migration, and Hypercare activities
- •Ensure stable go-live for global entities
- •Act as interface between technical teams and end users
- •Ensure smooth adoption of template processes
- •Own prioritization and content of the agile product backlog
- •Coordinate testing, acceptance, and deployment across multiple regions
