- •Manage processes from NPI through high-volume manufacturing
- •Collaborate with global OCS DE and HSDC teams
- •Define standards for fiber handling and routing
- •Establish fiber protection and rotation standards
- •Manage polarity management standards
- •Own connectorization performance and yield
- •Ensure process repeatability and damage prevention
- •Align process capability with fiber and connector specifications
- •Define the process scalability roadmap for volume and cost
- •Plan multisite deployment strategies
- •Define end-to-end automation concepts for fiber handling
- •Develop automation for connectorization and polarity verification
- •Design automation for inspection and testing
