Tasks

• •Own end-to-end MMC connectorization and fiber manufacturing processes
• •Manage processes from NPI through high-volume manufacturing
• •Collaborate with global OCS DE and HSDC teams
• •Define standards for fiber handling and routing
• •Establish fiber protection and rotation standards
• •Manage polarity management standards
• •Own connectorization performance and yield
• •Ensure process repeatability and damage prevention
• •Align process capability with fiber and connector specifications
• •Define the process scalability roadmap for volume and cost
• •Plan multisite deployment strategies
• •Define end-to-end automation concepts for fiber handling
• •Develop automation for connectorization and polarity verification
• •Design automation for inspection and testing
• •Partner with equipment suppliers and automation integrators
• •Deploy solutions to minimize manual handling and damage
• •Ensure automation scalability across contract manufacturing partners
• •Manage the automation roadmap and deployment timing
• •Own manufacturing readiness through EVT, DVT, and PVT
• •Support design validation and manufacturability assessments
• •Define process qualification and readiness criteria
• •Establish process acceptance standards
• •Manage process transfer packages to contract manufacturers
• •Support volume ramp, yield learning, and stabilization
• •Coordinate fiber supply planning and vendor qualification
• •Manage fiber traceability and security
