Tasks

  • •Own the end-to-end FAU assembly and test process
  • •Manage transitions from NPI to high-volume manufacturing
  • •Define the process scalability roadmap for volume and cost
  • •Determine the global manufacturing footprint
  • •Provide DfM and DfX feedback into product design
  • •Design the end-to-end automation architecture and concepts
  • •Specify requirements for alignment, assembly, and test automation
  • •Define automation requirements for handling and traceability
  • •Collaborate with automation integrators and equipment suppliers
  • •Coordinate with CMs to deploy scalable manufacturing solutions
  • •Manage the automation roadmap and deployment timing
  • •Ensure manufacturing readiness through EVT, DVT, and PVT
  • •Define process readiness criteria for NPI transitions
  • •Deliver process transfer packages to contract manufacturers
  • •Support manufacturing ramp-up, yield learning, and stabilization
  • •Define metrology, inspection, and test strategies
  • •Drive yield performance and root-cause analysis
  • •Lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • •Maintain SPC frameworks and Cp/Cpk targets
  • •Develop and manage process control plans
