Requirements

  • •Degree in computer science, process management, or comparable professional experience
  • •At least 3 years of professional experience in process management
  • •Profound experience in process management tools (ARIS) and modeling standards
  • •Sound experience in ARIS application, administration, and customization
  • •Knowledge of modelling notations (EPC, BPMN, Archimate)
  • •Independent, structured working style and analytical skills
  • •Service orientation, willingness to learn, and teamwork skills
  • •Fluency in English and German

  • •Develop process management for LEAN excellence
  • •Advise departments on process management topics
  • •Optimize interfaces between different departments
  • •Evolve BPM methods and tools continuously
  • •Collaborate with business partners and LEAN programs
  • •Plan and implement process excellence measures
  • •Conduct ARIS and BPM methodology trainings
  • •Support the growing BPM community
  • •Ensure consistency in process modeling
  • •Facilitate process governance meetings
  • •Manage the ARIS application lifecycle
  • •Create reports and APG flows
  • •Maintain interfaces between various systems
