In this role, you will focus on enhancing group-wide process management by analyzing current workflows, leading projects, and facilitating workshops. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders and presenting insights to drive effective strategies.

Requirements

• •Master’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, or Engineering; ideally a PhD in a relevant field
• •Practical experience in process management, project management, or organizational development
• •Basic knowledge of process modeling (preferably ARIS), strong analytical and conceptual thinking, and excellent communication skills
• •Experience in workshop facilitation and knowledge of Business Process Management
• •Quick comprehension, structured working style, willingness to take responsibility, and enthusiasm for collaboration with diverse stakeholders
• •Fluent English (spoken and written) and willingness to travel

Tasks

• •Drive the development and optimization of group-wide process management
• •Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities
• •Implement efficient and compliant workflows
