- •Proficiency in creating architectural designs, solution presentations, and integration strategies
- •ServiceNow certifications for Customer Service Management and Sales Order Management Implementation Specialist
- •Certified System Administrator within 60 days
- •Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM, SOM & TSOM within 90 days
- •Certified Technical Architect within first year
- •Experience in leveraging AI in work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- •Ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders
- •Proven track record in designing and implementing CSM solutions

- •Conduct technical onboarding with clients
- •Perform hands-on development on the ServiceNow platform
- •Serve as an escalation point for technical issues
- •Mentor developers and consultants on best practices
- •Collaborate with pre-sales team to scope complex engagements
- •Contribute to webinars and whitepapers showcasing expertise
