Requirements

  • •Technical university degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in embedded software engineering, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role in safety-critical domains
  • •Deep expertise in RTOSs (e.g. VxWorks, QNX, RTEMS) and embedded platforms used in aerospace applications
  • •Strong understanding of computer architectures, fault-tolerant systems, and Ethernet-based avionics networks
  • •Proven experience in the aviation and/or space industry, with knowledge of current trends, technologies, and regulatory changes
  • •Solid knowledge of aerospace software standards such as DO-178C, DO-330, ECSS-E-ST-40C, or NASA NPR 7150.2C
  • •Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams and ability to influence technical direction across projects
  • •Excellent communication skills in English and a collaborative mindset, with a commitment to mentoring and knowledge sharing
