Tasks
- Support strategy and execution for key customer engagements
- Drive adoption of PTC solutions and identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to expand software usage
- Provide leadership in customer relationship management
- Deliver technical guidance based on industry expertise
- Define and scale best practices for solution validation
- Contribute to the development of functional and technical best practices
- Play a leadership role in New Product Introduction and GTM deliverables
- Create and deliver technical presentations for PLM Segment solutions
- Act as a conduit for feedback to improve product and customer experience
- Lead or support sub-Communities of Practice in your expertise area
- Represent Windchill PLM solutions in marketing and industry events
- Provide expertise for Digital Thread/Digital Transformation initiatives
- Advise on Technical Enablement content and certification development
- Influence product direction with Product Management and R&D teams
- Provide technical leadership for beta programs and innovation labs
- Support the integration of AI capabilities into Windchill PLM solutions
- Collaborate with teams to influence AI feature development
- Advise on AI technologies to enhance business processes and analytics
