Requirements
- •8+ years of software engineering experience
- •Full‑stack development and cloud experience
- •Expertise in AI, backend, or frontend
- •Track record delivering cloud‑native systems
- •Problem‑solving, ownership, and communication skills
- •Independent and team-based software delivery
- •Experience productionizing AI agents
- •Experience with LangChain, MCP, and RAG
- •Experience with traditional ML tasks
- •Understanding of LLMs and fine-tuning
- •Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA frameworks

- •Design and implement full-stack applications and AI agents
- •Develop platform components for GenAI deployment and validation
- •Build developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability systems
- •Monitor cost, quality telemetry, and rollout performance
- •Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
- •Perform threat modeling and implement least-privilege access
- •Collaborate with product and UX teams on customer solutions
- •Apply LLM patterns like RAG, routing, and tool-use
- •Optimize AI systems for reliability and lower cost-per-query
- •Drive technical architecture and mentor other engineers
- •Take hands-on ownership of large-scale engineering projects
