Requirements
- Minimum 5 years hands-on software engineering experience in production
- Track record of delivering complex full stack applications end to end
- Proven experience building production-grade frontend applications with modern frameworks
- Frontend state management, testing, and performance optimization
- Strong backend expertise in TypeScript/Node.js, Python, Go, or Java/Kotlin
- Solid understanding of API design (REST/GraphQL)
- Solid understanding of databases, authentication/authorization, and application security
- Experience with modern build tooling, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices
- Understanding of core infrastructure/DevOps concepts
- Understanding of how applications run in production
- Contribution to operational excellence
- Strong opinions and practical experience maintaining code quality
- Strong opinions and practical experience maintaining type safety
- Strong opinions and practical experience maintaining architectural integrity
- Use of documentation, playbooks, and internal tooling
- Comfortable collaborating with technical stakeholders
- Comfortable collaborating with non-technical stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting to technical stakeholders
- Comfortable presenting to non-technical stakeholders
- Energized by making the whole team more productive
