Lead/Staff Full Stack Engineer, AI Platform & Agents(m/w/x)

Description

You will lead the development of a GenAI platform that transforms decision-making in critical industries, combining hands-on full-stack engineering with high-level architectural design.

Requirements

• •5+ years of software engineering experience
• •Full-stack development and cloud experience
• •Expertise in AI agents or backend development
• •Delivery of secure cloud-native systems
• •Problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills
• •Independent and team-based software delivery
• •Experience taking AI agents to production
• •Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG
• •Experience in traditional machine learning tasks
• •Understanding of LLMs and fine-tuning techniques
• •Familiarity with SOC2 and HIPAA frameworks
• •Participation in interviews without AI assistance
• •Willingness to appear onsite for recruitment

Tasks

• •Design and implement full-stack applications and AI agents
• •Develop platform components for GenAI deployment and validation
• •Build developer tooling, CI/CD, and observability systems
• •Monitor cost and quality telemetry for fast iteration
• •Apply secure SDLC and privacy-by-design practices
• •Collaborate with product and UX teams on customer solutions
• •Utilize LLM patterns like RAG and tool-use
• •Optimize AI systems for reliability and lower costs
• •Drive technical architecture and mentor other engineers
• •Take hands-on ownership of large-scale engineering projects
