Requirements

  • Expert proficiency in multi-domain simulation (Electromagnetic, Structural, Thermal, Dynamics)
  • Exhaustive knowledge of advanced electromagnetic materials, mechanical tolerances, thermal management
  • Robust understanding of automotive quality frameworks (IATF 16949, APQP, VDA 6.3)
  • Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and project navigation ability
